Hot Little Trot

Ready to mix it up? Join our 1.5-mile route featuring gentle walk/run intervals (30-second run, 2-minute walk). Ideal for those returning to running or exploring their potential.

What Makes Us Special

Our trans group leads stay at the back, ensuring every member feels supported and included. The route features accessible terrain along pavement and the Trolley Trail, with manageable hills and no major intersections.
